By using this website or my personal shopping services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
I am a personal shopping and shipping agent based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. My service consists of receiving product requests, providing quotes, purchasing products on your behalf upon payment, packaging and shipping internationally, and communicating order status.
Quotes are valid for 7 days. You are responsible for: accurate shipping address, specifying products correctly, providing valid prescriptions, verifying legal import in your country, paying customs duties.
An order is confirmed only after I receive full payment and send written confirmation. I reserve the right to refuse any order at my discretion.
Accepted methods: PayPal, Wise, bKash, bank transfer. Payment is due in full before I purchase products. Quotes default to USD. Payment processing fees are borne by the customer. Currency fluctuations do not entitle either party to claim additional money or refunds.
Shipping is provided through third-party international couriers. I am not the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs duties, taxes, VAT, GST, or import fees imposed by your country are YOUR responsibility. I will not falsify customs declarations under any circumstance.
If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned, you are responsible for re-shipping costs. Title (ownership) of products passes to you at the moment I purchase them.
I strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for orders over USD $100. Without insurance, maximum reimbursement is limited to courier's default liability (often $100 or less).
If lost: I file a claim and either reship or refund. If damaged: Take photos within 24 hours, report to me within 48 hours. If marked delivered but you didn't receive: Contact courier and check with neighbors. Generally not refundable as courier confirmed delivery.

My total liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that specific order. I am not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, emotional distress, or consequential damages.
I am not liable for delays caused by events beyond my control: natural disasters, courier strikes, government actions, customs delays, war, pandemic, cyberattack, internet outages.
Products are sold "as-is" by their original retailers. Bangladesh shop warranties may not be valid abroad. I am not a medical professional — any medicine information is for purchasing purposes only.
I will not source or ship: illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, live animals, perishable food prohibited by destination country, weapons or explosives, items requiring licenses I do not hold, hazardous materials, items banned by your country's import rules, or anything violating Bangladesh export law.
All content on fromdhaka.com is owned by me unless otherwise noted. By submitting a review, you grant me permission to publish it (full or edited) on my website with your first name and country only.
You agree NOT to: provide false information, use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to hack the website, spam or harass me, resell products commercially without prior agreement, or use automated bots.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, except where overridden by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
I may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
