My service fee depends on the order's complexity and value. For most orders, it's between 10-20% of the product cost, with a minimum of USD $15. For very simple single-item orders, it starts at a flat $15. For complex orders (rare items, multiple shops, custom tailoring), it could be higher. No. Quotes are completely free with no commitment. Send me your request, and I'll spend whatever time needed to research prices, check availability, and prepare a detailed quote — at no cost to you. You only pay if you approve the quote and want me to proceed. There's no penalty for declining or asking for changes.

Because I shop in person at the actual physical shops in Dhaka, where prices are often lower than online listings. Many Bangladesh shops charge a "website premium" to offset their online operations. You pay after I send you the quote and you approve it — but before I purchase the items. This is standard practice for personal shopping services. I cannot lay out my own money to buy products on speculation. Once your payment is confirmed, I shop within 24 hours. If for any reason I cannot fulfill the order (item out of stock, etc.), you get a full refund within 24 hours.

Currency conversion is handled automatically by your payment provider (PayPal, Wise, etc.) at their current exchange rate. PayPal usually adds a 3-4% conversion margin. Wise is much cheaper — often less than 1%. I quote prices in USD by default, but I can also quote in GBP, EUR, AUD, or CAD if you prefer.

If a package is lost in transit, I file a claim with the courier and either reship the order or issue a full refund — your choice. If damaged, I work with the courier on a damage claim and we discuss the best resolution. All packages over USD $100 in value should be insured (small additional shipping fee, recommended).

I treat your data carefully. Your name, address, phone, email, and payment screenshots are stored securely and used only for fulfilling your order and for communicating with couriers. I never sell, share, or use your data for marketing without your permission. Once your order is delivered and review window has passed (30 days), I delete payment screenshots.
