2.3 Sensitive Information

For medicine orders, I may receive copies of your prescription documents, which contain medical information. I treat these with extra care: stored securely, never shared, deleted after order completion plus a 90-day records-retention window.

• Couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, Bangladesh Post): Receive your name, shipping address, phone, and customs declaration data
• Payment processors (PayPal, Wise, bKash): Receive payment-related data per their own policies. I do not store your full card number.
• Hosting & email providers: Process technical data to keep the website running
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics): Receive anonymized website usage data

I may disclose information if required by valid court order, customs authorities, or tax authorities. I never sell your personal information.

I do not store your full credit card or debit card numbers on my systems. Payment providers (PayPal, Wise, bKash) handle sensitive payment data per their own privacy policies. I retain payment confirmation screenshots only as long as needed for record-keeping (typically 90 days post-delivery).

6. Shipping Information Handling

To ship your order, I must share your shipping details with international couriers. By placing an order, you authorize me to provide your full name and shipping address to the chosen courier, your phone number for delivery coordination, and an honest customs declaration.

You may not request that customs declarations be falsified — this is illegal in every country.
